Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases due to hygiene standards. Please choose carefully and review all product details before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email hello@ylnos.com.au with:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the fault

We’ll review your case and organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange the correct product to be sent to you.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return due to a fault:

• The product must be unused and in original condition

• All original packaging must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

• Change-of-mind purchases

• Wear and tear from regular use

• Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or storing the mat in direct sunlight or high heat

• Items purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)

Return Shipping

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, YLNOS will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
