Care
Allow the holder and brass insert to cool completely before cleaning.
Gently remove ash with a soft dry cloth or slightly damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and warm water, then dry thoroughly before storing or using again.
Avoid abrasive sponges, harsh chemicals and sudden temperature changes, as these may damage the glaze or surface finish.
Handle with care, as ceramic and porcelain pieces may chip or break if dropped.

Due to the small-batch nature of these holders, slight variations in glaze, colour, shape and finish are part of their character and are not considered faults.
